Branch Location

Branch Locations allows administrators to define the demographic information of all branches and cost centers associated with their institution. This demographic information is used within Spotlight analytics that display and compare branch-level data.

 

To update Branch Location data, click the Administrator icon within the top navigation bar. Click the Configuration tile. From the Configuration listing page, click Branch Location.

Within the Branch Locations page, a table displays a row for each branch and cost center. The branch location table allows administrators to view and maintain branch demographic details in the following columns:

Column Description
Org Id

The Org Id is a read-only value that displays the unique identifier for each branch.

If a new branch is opened, its Org Id is automatically added to the table when the updated core data is received. When a new data file is processed, a script extracts the new Org Ids and adds them to the Branch Locations page.

The new Org Id is visible the following month.

Branch Name Enter the name of the branch associated with the Org Id.
Address Enter the Street Address, City, State and Postal Code associated with the branch.
Branch Region

Enter the name of the region or district the branch is associated with. The value entered within this field, determines how business centers are organized within the Select an Organization tree.

If no branch region is defined, the business center appears in the "Blank Region" drop down within the Select an Organization panel.
If an institution does not assign demographics to each of their Org Id’s, analytics displays the Org Id in analytics.

Once all branch location details have been updated, click Save to retain the information. Click Cancel to discard the addition of branch location information.
